Our second time staying here and again, a great experience. The inn keepers are very helpful and friendly. And the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bed in the Pikes Peak room is under a very short ceiling thereby causing me, even though I'm only 5' 8", to bump my head a number of times. If it were me, I would recommend the bedroom and the sitting room be swapped in order to avoid this issue. I still have to rate the entire thing 5 stars because I believe the B&B is the epitome of what a B&B should be.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Colorado Springs. The location is great and the staff there was amazing. Coming back!

My husband and I stayed here at the end of June and had an incredible time! The location was great and super close to everything. Our innkeepers were Heather and Sharla and they were both so kind and helpful and their hospitality really made our stay all the more enjoyable. There was also the cutest and sweetest little kitty there named Mingtoy (I'm a big cat person so this was definitely a plus for me). The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! We stayed for two nights and had our breakfast delivered to our room each morning which was super nice, but everything we had was delicious! We had some kind of almond poppyseed muffins one morning and my husband and I were OBSESSED! Soooo delicious! There was also a quiche type breakfast which was amazing and the french toast bake breakfast was superb! And you could tell the fruit was super fresh too which I thoroughly enjoyed! Overall this was an amazing experience and we will surely be back the next time we visit Colorado Springs! 20/10 I could not recommend this place more! It was certainly a highlight of our trip!

Holden House is what I’d call a “traditional” B&B, rooms and house have Victorian feel, lots of books, little interesting objects etc. I also mean comfy bed, great service and yummy breakfast. Lots of variety in room choices…. Prices seem reasonable and staff were friendly

Room had up to date amenities but were full of wonderful antiques. The breakfast which was included was amazing. Great stay and highly recommended.

One word: Fabulous. Our room was perfect and room to move around. Service was beyond compare, everyone was so nice and helpful. The Holden House is centrally located on the westside and to downtown. Classy is another word you could use for the Holden House.

Beautiful, beautiful place. Comfortable, with an eclectic period vibe. "Cottage-core" in the best of ways, with a touch of mystery. Food and service were flawless. Loved everything!
